Directing Sue Townend’s poignantly comic play
Teaming up again with Penny Magpie Theatre, I directed a production of Bazaar & Rummage, Sue Townsend’s hilarious play about a group of agoraphobic women running a jumble sale. It ran between Feb 18th and Feb 21st at Theatre@41, York.
Another fantastic experience, and I was very pleased with the end result – great reviews from press and audience alike.
In addition to directing, I also composed five original songs for the production (music and lyrics) which really added something to the procedings!
